Booking inquiries

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type, message, and any event date or location you choose to provide. Cloudflare processes the form and sends the inquiry to ricky@rickycastillomusic.com, a mailbox currently hosted by Bluehost. We use that information to respond and manage the conversation. The website does not store a separate database of form submissions.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in a booking message. For inquiries that do not lead to a booking, we delete the correspondence from our active mailbox within 12 months of the last exchange. For completed bookings, we review and normally delete correspondence within three years of the event. We may keep records longer where needed for an ongoing relationship, a dispute, accounting, or a legal obligation. Deleted messages may remain temporarily in our email provider’s backups.

Site delivery and technical data

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site. Like other web hosts, it processes technical request information—such as an IP address, browser details, and request metadata—to serve pages, protect the site, and diagnose problems. Cloudflare Worker logs and limited traces are enabled for this site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its own practices.

The site does not currently include a separate advertising pixel or visitor-analytics script, and its own code does not set tracking cookies. Hosting or third-party media services may still process technical data when requested.

Videos and other websites

Video preview images are requested from YouTube’s image service. The video player itself loads only after you select a video; it uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. Watching a video or following an external music or social link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can contact us at ricky@rickycastillomusic.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted through the site. We may need to retain some records when required or permitted by law. You can also choose to email directly instead of using the form.

Updates

We may update this page if the site’s services or information practices change. The date above shows when this policy was last revised.
